"We stayed for 5 days as a party of 7 (3 generations: 4 adults and 3 children) over Spring break 2026. It was our first visit to the Fantasia resort. Being VIP Expedia members, we received a room upgrade with 2 connecting rooms and a castle/pool view. We loved our stay. The rooms were clean, the beach is beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the resort app to make restaurant reservations and ask for extra blankets. The only minor issue was the softness of the pillows, which I hope will change once Hyatt starts managing the resort. We loved our stay and our kids are asking us to come back next year."

"If you like a good service don’t choose this place, they have a few foreign workers which have a very bad manners and poor service skills, they can make your day miserable, besides that the resorts is huge and well distributed have bars and food for all over the place "

"The resort was great but the food was nothing to boast about to others. I really didn't want to eat basic American food (hot dogs, burgers, etc) at the 24-hr buffet. The cold food at the buffet could've been kept better too because the amount of live bugs on it in it was concerning. Otherwise, the restaurants were up to par but not memorable. "

"We could not get a lounge chairs because too many towels were left and they were not using them. Did not use the hot tub."

"This place was buetiful but don’t expect there to be 15 bars as it is connected to 2 other properties but you can only visit the one so it’s more like 5 bars and 3 pools, it was a nice place but Expedia is misleading in there description."
