"La relación precio calidad fue buena. La atención del personal muy buena. Lo que más nos gustó fue que, aun con el calor de Cozumel y que la recepción y alimentos no fueran climatizados, se hacía ameno el estar en la naturaleza y ver variedad de animales silvestres durante las caminadas en el hotel. Los cuartos eran cómodos y había limpieza diaria. Nos faltó aprovechar los equipos de snorquel pero íbamos en modo relax, por lo que se disfrutó la estadía. "

"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante.
