"La relación precio calidad fue buena. La atención del personal muy buena. Lo que más nos gustó fue que, aun con el calor de Cozumel y que la recepción y alimentos no fueran climatizados, se hacía ameno el estar en la naturaleza y ver variedad de animales silvestres durante las caminadas en el hotel. Los cuartos eran cómodos y había limpieza diaria. Nos faltó aprovechar los equipos de snorquel pero íbamos en modo relax, por lo que se disfrutó la estadía. "

"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"We had an excellent stay at Fiesta Americana. We visit often and this in now our new favorite hotel. Service was excellent from the front desk to the pool waiter. Special thanks to Miguel, Jose, Manuel, Ruby, Gabriel & Christian. What really pleased us is when my son had an earache we were going to take a taxi to the pharmacy, they called the pharmacy themselves, ordered the medication for us, and had it delivered to the hotel within 45 minutes! Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante.
La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente.

"Everything was great about this hotel. It is about 5 min cab drive from the ferry. Very clean, the stuff is amazing, fast and very polite, entertainment is good. We found that food is very tasty. Lots of healthy options! The buffer is inside ( I was happy about it). The coffee shop is good. The drinks are not bad as well.
