"The property was well maintained . What I didn’t prefer was the underlined rules , you have to make reservations for dinner in specialty dinning , if you go one day then you have to wait until the next day to schedule for the following and you have to wait until the deadline for that reservation. It is a place where a lot of diver go because they have a pro international dive shop PADI location on the property. They schedule 1 at 8am and the other at 12:50, which is really nice and if you were...

"Evita el occidental, deben haber mejores opciones"

"We weren't told about the construction, the elevator to our room wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. The phone didn't work, the oom that we reserved had leaking a roof in the bathroom, we were locked inside the lobby elevator due to electricity issues. After waiting in the lobby for 4hrs and finally getting into our room, there was no running water. The food was not good and was served cold. We paid $100 for snorkeling photos and have not received them as of yet. This is our 3rd...

"Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun"

"Everything"

"The staff was super friendly and the room was nice. We appreciated the bottled water and beautiful rooftop view. The breakfast is the same thing everyday which gets tiresome during an extended stay. They also only give you 1 towel per person, no hand soap, no dish soap, or no laundry soap. Seems weird to have to pack your own soap to wash your hands after you use the bathroom. There are barking dogs that make it hard to sleep & it's a bumer to have to give them your driver's license to get...

"The property was very functional without any frills but what made it nice was its magnificent view. Clara and Sofia were nice and helpful, making the stay immaculate. What took away our comfort was the gaps at the main door and the lack of insulation which might have shielded some of the noise from the road and critters from entering. A blanket was also not provided for the sofa bed and we never received one upon request. It is also strange that there is a window in the area of the shower in...
