"Room was clean but overall in worn out condition. We had members in our party with broken AC units and no hot water. Some staff were great, others were not. They did eventually sort the repair problems in the rooms, but it was a hassle to get the staff to take our concerns seriously. Skip the work out buildings/rooms by going with preferred rooms. "Great budget friendly hotel. The staff is super friendly. Housekeeping was exceptional! The rooms are vintage themed with comfortable beds. The pool is nice, the hot tub though was not heated unfortunately. No food options on site, but only a 2 minute walk to store. Better option for breakfast or dinner is Noventa y tres which has amazing food! 3 minute walk. Would stay here again! "

"We have stayed here 3 times now. Arrived early and could not check in. At check in time lines were very long. Service very slow. When we did check in they gave us 2 double beds when our res clearly said King. Was then told we had to take what’s available to which i refused. Fridges dont work, patio lights are left on regardless till 930pm. You cannot control the light coming into your room and there is no blackout curtains. Birds in buffet food … "
