Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. "Hotel was located outside the city area. Breakfast was delicious, lunch and dinner could have been better. Staff were not very pleasant at times, one bartender even frowned when I asked her to add a drink to my order. If it's your job to serve drinks, smile and do it. The receptionist told me she was going to put down my group of 7 for one of the free shuttle tour only to realize she didn't when we arrived. Our room was not cleaned daily and outside our doors guests' empty dishes were...

"We had a last minute change of plans and decided to stay in Westpunt over Willemstad for the last few nights of our vacation. We were pleased to find a this place available and the accommodations were wonderful and the price was right. Being able to use the adjoining beach club and their amenities added to our experience. The staff were friendly. Walking to snorkeling every morning was a true bonus! Would recommend staying at the Bed and Bike Westpunt."
