"Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍
We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage.

"It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing. It took awhile to figure it and few other guests were confused too who were checking in at same time. Rest of the stay was awesome. It was so...
"This was the second hotel we stayed at in Hawaii and such a difference from our first. GREAT hotel. Really attentive friendly staff, rooms are wonderful. Service is amazing.
There's a variety of food/drink options here. The food itself is good, one spicy dish anywhere on any menu would be incredible (but that's just personal taste). We tried a variety of different drinks with mixed results, but overall really enjoyed it all. Also, visit the hotels bakery... SO GOOD.

The coffee shop/bakery downstairs was absolutely amazing and quickly became my go-to spot each morning. I also loved that the hotel offered refillable water bottles, which felt thoughtful and sustainable, plus complimentary slippers that added such a nice touch.
The gym was spotless, well-equipped, and such a great space to work out in, which isn’t always the case when traveling. Valet service was...
"We stayed here last year while it was being renovated so coming this year, the hotel had a major make over. My family and I loved it. Perfect location for our liking, rooms were tidy and we enjoyed going to the gym every morning. Pool was beautiful and not full of chlorine like some hotels. Overall, we love this place! Looking forward to next year! "

"Everything was impeccable. The spacious and comfortable dining area, the terrace with its stunning views, and the proximity to the beach made it a perfect choice. The parking lot was spacious and convenient, and the customer service was excellent. Next time I visit Hawaii, I'll definitely stay here again."
