"Everything was clean. Great view. Things to note there is Not a W/D in the actual unit. One on every floor though. They had 2 chairs & a small cooler we used. That was fantastic. We would stay again. "

"Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍
We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage.

"It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing. "Very nice hotel. I prepaid the room and had to have them check to verify. Tried to bill me twice. Supposed to have a complimentary sparkling wine which we never received. Our room was very small.
The hotel is nice. The beach is right there. Overall it is good "
"It was an easy check in and check out. They were very accommodating with my old pups and got us a room by the elevator. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. The parking is off site which makes it a tad inconvenient but it’s doable since you are only paying $20 dollars a night and every other hotel is almost $50 a night to park."
