"Staff was very attentive and polite. The resort sits right in the middle of Waikiki. Only down side was meals were less than filling. For the cost I feel that the food and portion size were small. Breakfast was very unsatisfying however the restaurant called Eggs & Things is only two doors down. Overall stay was 4.5 star"

"The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features. I think this hotel will be really nice when all...

"The staff was amazing! Special shout out to April at the front desk and Ryan poolside for going the extra mile for us. We were given a room with a balcony with the same view as the Live Cam that I watch. A birthday card and box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts was waiting in our room for my 77th birthday! This trip was a treat from my oldest son and the memories are priceless! A Big Thank You to all the staff for their kindness and warm friendship. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation...

"Very nice room with a nice functional kitchen. It is efficient and provided all the needs for a couple to enjoy the area. It is in a combination building with a hotel and condos that require a code to get your room key (didn't know that) but pleasant folks at the counter. They are updating the elevators so can bee a little wait but was not an issue. The upper floors where the pool and sauna are were dated but functional. Would go again. "

"This is a stunning hotel! It’s glamorous and well maintained and really pays tribute to Hawaiian history. The food was excellent, although be prepared for high prices here and throughout Waikiki The hotel is in a fabulous location and was very convenient for exploring Waikiki. The hotel itself has lots of great shops and beautiful grounds. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend and return!"

"Plan for resort fees at the end of your stay. Parking is not included with the stay. Yes you have a place to park but you are charged when you check out. Not a bad place to stay. Make sure to budget in the $800 (give or take, based on a 7 night stay)."
