"la propiedad esta algo descuidada, con falta de pintura la primera habitacion que me dieron no servia el aire acondicionado y a las 11 de la noche querian mandar a un personal de manteniemiento a la habitacion y les dije que no, que me cambiaran de habitacion, y si lo hicieron a una que ya no tenia ese problema"

"Stayed here for 3 days total & our experience wasn’t the greatest. Upon arriving we were offered to upgrade our room well we ended up switching rooms because the tub was too high for an older lady to reach. The rooms smelled like mildew & even though we did bring it to the staffs attention nothing helped as the smell still stayed. My cousins room did not have hot water, part of the lights didn’t work, the sliding door for the balcony did not lock. This hotel definitely needs a MAJOR update...
