Hotel murah di Pantai Zamrud

"Our stay at wavecrest was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We arrived 2 1/2 hours after check-in and still had to wait in the lobby for a hour while our room was still getting cleaned. Our room was so cold you had to sit under a blanket or turn the air off. Only one elevator worked for days then the second elevator broke down on our last evening and we had to take the steps to the top floor and down. Our main light was out in our room. And not to mention the pool closes at 8:00 pm...

"Disappointed in my stay. Maybe I had high expectations and thought this was a regular hotel. It was not. We had to pay for early check-in, even though they had many available rooms. We asked if they could at least keep our luggage while we go grab food, they said we can leave them wherever but it won’t be supervised. No empathy from the staff. Dusty room, spots left unclean with dust, especially the corners, under the bed, behind the wooden furniture, the carpet did not help with the dust and my...

"The indoor pool and amenities are not for everyone..I got sick walking through to front desk ..the ventilation needs serious work..this is a motel not hotel but price reflects that ..I wish I could have enjoyed the stay since it rained the entire time there...was clean .. no beach access..was told we could walk across street and get in water but don't take anything over or they would make us leave.."
