They charge $5 per day for parking, but the lot is good and secure. The area is nice; there are shops right across the street, and several different restaurants within walking distance."

"All staff friendly and extremely helpful-it is a very large building that is initially difficult to navigate and staff were a great resource for assistance. Fitness center had top notch equipment. Breakfasts at their bar/grill were very good. Our room was small-no desk or chairs but did have a nice veranda with great views."

"I've stayed at Tops'l over 10xs. This is the least desirable room I've ever stayed in. It stunk upon opening the door. Every time. Both outlets in the bathroom didn't work, had to curl my hair in the bedroom where a small mirror was covered by furniture. No scissors or knives or salt and pepper. No ice trays. No soap tray in bathrooms causing you to have to scrape the soap off the counter with each use. Towels stunk, as if they were washed, but not with detergent. I love Tops'l and will plan...

"Rooms are VERY small and very sparsely furnished. Practically no storage for anything..forces you to " live out of your suitcase". Bathtub was very slippery and had to ask for a drain stopper. This would be okay if you just need a bed to sleep on before hitting the road again, not for multi-night stays."

"No one at check in/out. You have to talk to someone on a kiosk. Beds are very uncomfortable and I usually can sleep anywhere. We stayed here years ago and had the same issue but decided to give them another try since the remodel and updates. Fyi, the ice isn't free either. First time I've ever seen that when staying somewhere on vacation. "
