"I was publicly shamed for the credit card I used upon checking in. I was humiliated in front of the entire lobby. Additionally, for paying almost $400 per night, our view was of the roof hvac system. The room quality was barely average. There’s only 1 elevator at the far end of the hall which makes it a long trip with your belongings if you’re on the second floor at the other end. The blow dryer was having problems.
