Terrible experience. Absolutely not worth the price.
This hotel is completely mismanaged. Despite the apartments still being under renovation, the hotel continued to accommodate guests anyway, which is utterly unacceptable. Almost every single morning, we were woken up by extremely loud construction noise — drilling, hammering, and constant banging. The hotel showed zero respect for guests’ right to rest. I lost count of how many times my sleep was disturbed. As a result, there was essentially no “stay experience” at all. If a hotel is not ready, it should not be open. Conducting renovations early in the morning while guests are sleeping reflects a total lack of basic sense and responsibility.
The situation is made even worse by the housekeeping team, which operates with shockingly low professional standards. Staff randomly moved our personal belongings during cleaning without any explanation, creating serious discomfort and concern. On one occasion, they even opened the window in my room without permission, showing complete disregard for guest safety and privacy. To make matters worse, after housekeeping, our room key cards were repeatedly removed, forcing us to go down to reception over and over again just to get new ones. This was extremely inconvenient, time‑wasting, and disruptive to our schedule.
Overall, the quality of service is nowhere near justified by the high price charged. The so‑called “service” is practically nonexistent.
