Bad service

Very Bad hotel and bad service. Not in a convenient place and we faced a lot of trouble during our stay such as heating problem. Would not recommend at all.

Séjours fort appréciable, l’hôtel est bien situé, agréable, le petit déjeuner est très bien, il y a une fontaine à eau bien utile et on peut boire une tasse de café à n’importe quelle heure, c’est compris dans le service. Belle arrière cours avec un jardin, fort agréable.

Bom para negócios.

Acabou a luz e tive de abrir a janela para dormir devido ao calor. O hotel não possui sistema gerador de energia. O elevador quebrou e o reparo demorou 24 horas, o que significa muito para um hotel da rede Mercure.

Hôtel mal situé dans un quartier peu agréable avec des options de restauration limitées Lors de l’enregistrement les prix varient de 88€ la nuit à 250€ la nuit … désagréable de découvrir qu’on paye 3x plus cher pour la même chose, je peux comprendre des variations de prix mais pas du simple au triple De plus pour le prix la qualité de la chambre est bien inférieure aux attendus dans cette catégorie hôtelière Bref si vous payez moins de 100€ ça vaut le coup Si c’est au dessus trouvez un autre hôtel dans le secteur

Un peu trop éloigné de la porte de Versailles. Il faut prendre un tramway plus un bus pour arriver à l'hôtel. D'autres hôtels Mercure sont mieux situés pour accéder au Parc des expositions de la Porte de Versailles.

Bien et manque pas grand chose pour être très bien

À chaque fois que je viens il y a un soucis. Quand c’est pas les prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, c’est carrément la coupure d’électricité à 8h, pas d’eau chaude le matin… peut être que c’est moi qui n’ai pas de chance. Aucun geste de fait car « vous avez réservé sur Expédia » dommage pour un Mercure. Le petit dej est très bien, le lit est confort le personnel toujours sympathique
