"Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The weather was excellent but very hot. The breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety of options. The staff was very attentive. The pool area had limited seating and the pool wasn't always clean. The beach area was spectacular; we had beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels free of charge as a complimentary service. The stay was very peaceful and comfortable."

"While my oceanfront room had incredible views, the bathroom showed signs of wear and tear. Also, I could not get the coffee maker to produce anything but hot water. Those were my only issues and I didn't really care. Loved the mango cheesecake at their beachfront restaurant, OceanView, and the pool area was very nice. The staff was warm and helpful, especially William who helped us store our bags after checkout. Please check out the restaurant Metropol (5 min walk once you turn left out of the property) and La Cuerva de la Mar (best fish tacos I ever had)."

"We had an excellent stay and would absolutely give this property 5 stars. The home was exactly as pictured—if not better. A few hours before our arrival, the host sent a detailed message with check-in instructions, parking information, and everything else we needed to know, which made the arrival process very smooth. Parking is available around the building, and we had no trouble finding a spot. Once inside, everything was easy to access and straightforward. The property was exceptionally clean, smelled wonderful, and felt very well maintained and up to date. Communication with the host was outstanding. I had a question during our stay, and they responded within minutes. It's clear they care about their guests and providing a great experience. One thing to note is that there is no laundry on-site, but there is a laundromat just a couple of minutes away, so it wasn't an issue for us during our nearly two-week stay. The location was also very convenient, with everything we needed within about 20 minutes. You can hear roosters and other animals outside, but that's part of the local experience and didn't bother us at all. In fact, it added to the charm of the area. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area."

"The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again."
