"Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed. The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart...

"I thought they promised more in their Expedia ad than was delivered: no airport pickup / round trip, no restaurant, bar. Poorly designed signage and I was in a taxi. The property was clean despite a couple of nights of storms. The room was clean and comfortable in spite of the high ass humidity."

"The property itself needed so much more maintenance. The room was definitely not as advertised . The shower head was so bad like the whole floor would get wet. The hot tub was dirty and throughout our whole stay not once did housekeeping went to the room. We had trash for days in the restroom. Mind u this was a 5 day stay so u can imagine how much trash there was . Definitely u get what u pay for but as for me we wont return unfortunately although i loved the area it was in."

"Although the Jungle room was very pretty the smell was just too much at times coming from the outside. If the humidifier needed a change the smell would wake u up out your sleep."

"This hotel is wonderful. So cute and homey with a beautiful garden and great beach. The rooms are large and have good air conditioning. The hotel includes a hearty and tasty breakfast at Loretta’s Restaurant and Beach resort and access to their beach. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The beach has nice sand, good swimming area, snorkels and kayaks. The food there is excellent. We did not even go anywhere else during our 5 day stay! "Great Boutique hotel with the best beach in Isla Mujeres. Our room was super clean, very spacious and COLD! The ACs worked perfectly and kept us cool. We had a little patio that we didn’t get to use but was very cute. The pool area can be a little more maintained. The beach club however was fantastic!! The food is absolutely delicious, drinks are strong and well served and the service is on point. We were there 5 days and everyone was very helpful and welcoming, specially Sonny from the beach...

"Great vibe and energy. Took my wife for our 3year anniversary. The bed and breakfast set up is great. I ended doing the all inclusive up grade for the days we stayed on the resort. Beach is amazing and Spa was very well priced, Would definitely recommend."
