"Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my...

"This condo was amazing! It was spotless and had everything we needed plus some. The staff on the property was so kind. The beds were super comfortable and the views are to die for!!! We will 100% be back!"

Not a fan of quesadillas but Mario sure found one I really loved and enjoyed it every morning. And lastly, Armando from Kopai just wow, he is very...

"El hotel es la mejor opcion para hospedarte en Isla Mujeres, te brinda acceso a los camastros, la comida es excelente, los precios son más que razonables para la zona, y el personal está atento a todas tus necesidades. Tiene muy buenas instalaciones, las habitaciones son amplias y tienen muchos amenities."

"They try to sell you a timeshare. Very annoying. The view is not great. One side is construction. The other view is the pool. If you stare straight ahead you can see the ocen."
