"Booked through Expedia, paid almost $200 to find out that what I booked was a motel not a hotel. The hotel itself has both motel and hotel rooms but that was not mentioned when I booked the room. While we were checking in, we asked to change to a hotel room. The hotel employee asked for over $60 extra if we want to switch.
