"The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper. "I had two rooms. My sister's room was fine except for not receiving the toilet paper that she had requested twice. She even went to the front desk and still did not have any toilet paper delivered. The washroom was not cleaned properly after she vomited and cleaned up 80% of the mess. The same garbage can was returned after her room was serviced but not clean with vomit on the inside and some left on the floor."
