"Overall impression of Sheraton is that the staff are amazing. I checked in very late in the morning yet the staff was polite and quick with the check-in process. When I checked out I had to rush to the airport to catch my plane and 'Rosie' picked up a taxi since the grab driver was asking to pay in cash when I didn't have any. And she even gave us a hanoi keyring as a small gift. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Classy hotel with compact rooms. Despite being ideally and centrally located, it was quiet at night. The breakfast was fresh consisting of fruits, pastries, breads, a menu for eggs/pho/banh mu/omelettes/crepes together with fresh spring rolls, salad, cereals, yoghurts, juices and Vietnamese delicacies. A Circle K is opposite to buy water/snacks etc. Staff were always helpful. The rooftop pool (long jacuzzi) was very cold but the view at night was lovely. The bar was beautifully decorated...
