"Staff were very helpful, even before we left, with arranging airport transfers and transfers for our stay in Sapa. Jennie was particularly amazing. Room was large, bathroom a bit tight and the shower leaked a bit. Location was fantastic and the included breakfast was sufficient. Looked after our luggage for us when we went to Sapa for a couple nights which made our life much easier."

The rooms are lavish with the most comfortable beds and are beautifully decorated with lovely bathrooms and amenities including silk robes and slippers. Whatever you need a staff member is on it so quickly and everyone is so accommodating and caring. A special thank you to butler Celine and concierge Yen who were just incredible! There is 24 hour butler service and a special lounge for tea and treats anytime if you book specific room options. Also there is a delicious breakfast. The hotel is well located and close to sites, restaurants and shops. It was truly an exceptional experience to stay here and my thanks again to everyone who made my stay so memorable! "

"I had a wonderful stay in the Club Room at the Daewoo Hotel Hanoi, and it truly exceeded my expectations. This is my 7th or 8th stay with them in the club room. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The Club Room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with elegant décor and great views of the city. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and everything—from cleanliness to in-room amenities—was thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights of the stay was access to the Club Lounge. The atmosphere there was perfect for both relaxing and informal meetings. The selection of breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails was impressive, with a good mix of local and international options. The staff in the lounge were especially courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Its location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around Hanoi.
