"Stuffs who works there are great.
Just need to fix the followings.
1) Towel, towel, towel. Very stink. Their towels are very old, thin, coarse and smells like brackets of charcoal. The worst towels ever been provided in my life.
2) coffee….is very cold at breakfast. I always have to ask them warm up by microwave. Rack of variation of meals. After a few days, I got totally bored of breakfast buffet.
I do not give them 4 star ratings. I give them max 2 stars."

"Everything was great, except the hall were hot as the outside temperature. It was also weird that all the doors are open with air-conditioning on fans blowing the air around. It was comfortable, but it was weird to have everything open and then using energy to cool the place where the door is open. Don’t understand.I’m "

"I liked the breakfast, live counter for eggs , omelette and soup . we also ate a lot outside as there were some many places to eat in Hoian
The rooms very super clean , big and fantastic view of the paddy fields . Pool overlooking the paddy fields was so relaxing
There is a beautiful courtyard with gentle breeze .
This place is away from all the busy old town area but its < 4 min taxi ride ( grab is cheap ) or you can cycle there .
You can walk across to the paddy fields or cycle around...

"Room was beautiful but smelled musty. Was sold out so couldn’t change rooms. They gave us a dehumidifier in the room- which helped a little. "

"Sehr schönes Hotel, perfekte Lage am Fluss. Tolles Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, viel Auswahl. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Buchung inklusive Executive Lounge Zugang. Sehr ruhige Lounge mit kostenlosen Essen und Trinken. Beim nächsten Mal buche ich wieder Lounge Zugang. Sehr gut."

"I’m has booked the grandsiverland hotel but your guy changed my booking to the siverland yen hotel in last minute
the siverland too old and no good location for me
that why I canceled my next booking with the siverland yen hotel , I’m not happy "
