"Ran in to a small hiccup when we arrived late night for check-in , Brittany literally got in her car and drove to location to help us at 11 pm and served with a smile . We unfortunately had to move rooms next morning due to an appliance situation ( no one's fault ) again here comes Brittany serving with a smile . We get settled they checked on us to make sure everything was ok and it was . We stayed for 8 nights and every single worker we encountered from the front desk to back of the house...

"The pool was closed, the bar was closed. The property smelled like marijuana, nobody ever cleaned. I booked the hotel because of the amenities and was not worth the money AT ALL. Don’t waste your money or time. The rooms were dirty and they have a door that connect to the next room and it is only blocked off with tape. Just horrible"

"Check in process remote, very difficult, the person helping (remote) did not know any thing about the property, and very litter about the process. This is not a hotel. Is a private apartment that has nothing similar to a hotel."
