Cari Chalet di Playa del Carmen

"Clean, well Maintained, food was excellent"

"Extremely friendly staff and great all inclusive resort! This resort is also just a block away from 5th Avenue if you want to see shops, restaurants, and bars. The restaurants on the resort are top notch and will satisfy anyone. Definitely would come back without hesitation!"

"The front desk staff were rude. This hotel has gone down hill since I visited about four years ago. We were told "because you booked through Expedia, you do not get champagne in your room". Our room smelled musty and moldy. When I called the front desk for questions, a man would answer, cut me off, and then hang up. Not a warm and welcoming vibe from anyone besides the rooftop workers and the Bartender Alejandro. They were great. I originally had a trip planned here again in a few months and I...

"Tiene una excelente ubicación"

"Pop Diez was hands down a 10/10. Such an amazing experience staying here. Beautiful property, excellent rooms, fantastic roof top pool and gathering area. Can’t say enough about the staff. Friendly, helpful, very engaging. They made the trip so much more enjoyable. You will not go wrong staying here. You will not be disappointed."

No repetiremos lamentablemente."

"Room smelled like vomit and I had to ask for room change. New room also had slight smell of vomit, it looks like something used to clean had that smell, maybe cloth or mop Vomit smell is so disgusting"

"Muy bueno el lugar"

"The rooms near Coco Bongo were very, very, very noisy. I couldn't sleep at all the first night, but the next day they moved me to a room a little farther away from Coco Bongo. Although it was still pretty noisy, I was finally able to get some sleep."
