The room was nice and clean, air condition was working perfectly, the hotel is in a great location , one block away from everything also not as loud as the main attractions area. Walking distance to the Ado Bus station and the beach, overall it was a pleasant stay for me.

Excellent location, right in the action, a block to 5th ave and tons of restaurants and bars. Only a few rooms in the hotel have been renovated to look like the pictures, mine was not, looked like it was renovated in 1970, but it was clean, no mold, no bugs. Bed was firm but comfortable, smart tv and good A/C. Big issue for me was no mini fridge. Ivan the manager was awesome, very helpful and kind. Come to party or bring earplugs, the nightclub next door gets going around 1130pm and runs until 6am, fortunately they don’t have big bass subs so earplugs actually work

Room was not as picture really dirty bathroom feel like they have bed bugs I was itchy all night couldn’t sleep and still staff say if you dirty towels or bed covers extra charge I didn’t even want to shower their ewww towels were so old n rusty yous need bed sheets and towels come

If you’re planning to stay out most of the time and just need a place to sleep this place is good. Walking distance to ADO station, ferry to Cozumel, the strip (Quinta Avenida i think its called) and beaches. Wifi strength may very depending on the room location, the TV has netflix and youtube but can be slow. I think this hotel is partnered with a neighbouring hotel which gives you access to their hot tub but not sure due to the language barrier and we didn’t check it out. The room has a slight weird wood smell but it didn’t bother me. Overall its enough just for a place to sleep after a day of exploring other activities

Estuvo muy limpia la habitación y el servicio pero no me aceptaron 2 tarjetas de crédito diferentes, no si es por no aceptar el cargo con tarjeta o no le querían dar solución a su terminal.

Excelente ubicación, a un costado de un estacionamiento público A una cuadra de la quinta avenida La habitación muy bien Comida oxxos farmacia todo a la mano El único detalle fue que está enseguida de un hostal y es un poco ruidoso pero nada que no se pueda tolerar Recomiendo totalmente este hotel
