"This a late review. My stay was from April 4-9 2026 with my 18 year old daughter and 15 year old son. Casa Nima by Lumina was an incredible place to stay and truly elevated our trip to Mexico. "The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

"Generic hotel. Expensive for what you get. Room was very basic and window opened to courtyard so no privacy. Like an old school Holiday Inn. Almost 200 usd after all the fees. Clean but not nice place. Bed hard as a rock."

"Rubano the manager was nice . He upgraded our room. But the Gym is a joke. It us delapedated, work out bench broken, 20 pounds of weight, no ac. Whatever equipment they had was unusable. They could invest some money to fix it."
