"Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)"

Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! "Our flight landed after their front desk hours but accessing the property was made very easy and clear instructions were provided. Our room did unfortunately have an AC unit that did not work and blew out hot air and we had to wait until the next morning to speak to someone about it due to our late check in time. "I normally don’t judge hotels based on the service since the service everywhere has become so nonexistent, but the service here was truly outstanding. Everyone was helpful and respectful and professional. The room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day with chocolates offered at night. They even setup your pool chairs. Really well done. Except for the Ritz Carlton, the only place I’ve stayed recently that maintained the decorum one would expect of a serious hotel."
