"Our stay at La Esmeralda was absolutely wonderful. We spent 2 nights here and I loved the location to the airport and Old San Juan. It’s close to everything! The room was well kept with AC on when we arrived. Check in and Check out process was so efficient and easy. Even provided free secure private parking. There was a dog next door that barked at night. "I had a great experience here. I just feel like I couldn’t use the outside tub because the leaves weren’t cleaned out and some of the vines in the outdoor area could’ve been cut down. But overall I still definitely recommend "

"We were only there for a short stay but the check in was easy and the woman was super friendly. We had gotten off of our ship early in the morning and the hotel let us keep our luggage there while we explored the city before our check in time. That was amazing! We were also actually able to check in a few hours early which was great!"
