We found the "self check in" process a bit cumbersome (we had trouble with the keypad mechanism) but there was an attendant at the desk to assist. "This hotel truly felt luxurious. Very small, so few people coming and going. I loved the earplugs on the nightstands, the water/ice machine in the little lobby, the many options for coffee pods, and the electric blackout shades. Very clean!! I didn't love the bed-- it was too soft for me. I also didn't love that our room was on the ground floor, with our door IN the lobby.
