"A pleasant experience at the price point! As someone who wanted to maximize their time outside, I felt very comfortable coming back to the room at the end of the night and relaxing. The room was just enough for myself and my sister to have room for our bags, and it was very clean. I would even consider returning to this property as a solo traveler for one of their pods given that we only saw that main building during the checkout and storage of our bags."

"The hotel was a bit outdated. It reminded me of a hotel built in the 60's. I traveled to D.C. with my 16 year old son, and we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean/well kept, and the bed was comfortable. The room was a bit tight, but ok for a couple night's stay. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all welcoming, friendly, and professional. The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance to parks, restaurants, shopping, museums, and Chinatown. My only complaint was that there was no microwave. I had to leave food behind because I could not heat it up."

"This hotel is not the absolute greatest. BUT it IS affordable and you get a lot for the price. The breakfast was not the best but not the worst and it was super crowded (but they warned us and we went during peak hours anyway). The room was clean and nice. The staff was GREAT. On the weekend we stayed, the hotel was full to the brim. If I worked there, I'd be mean. I don't know how they stay so lovely and patient and helpful. I would stay here again for sure."

"Room 220 was lovely and may have been newly renovated. Bed was comfortable room was clean. A robe was available for use. Only issues I had was the lighting was not very bright in the bathroom and in the room. Hard to read by. The outlets by the bed didn’t seem to be connected. We had to charge our phones by the desk. Just minor problems. Parking in Franklin one was convenient and more affordable. $27 overnight and just a block from hotel."

They also have the most efficient check-in/check-out I have ever experienced - no waiting in line to check in! The area is also perfect- close to everything but not in the middle of everything and in an area that felt safe, fun and inclusive."
