I could hear everything going on inside the building and outside the building, the fire alarms were pulled multiple times, there is no phone in the rooms, and even if you call ahead to reserve an early check-in, you will be met with separate staff who deny...

"The hotel was in a busy area. It's looked not very safe. The staff at front desk was not helpful. Bathroom in the lobby wasn't working for 2 days, Front desk agent was on phone Spanish speaking the entire time of my stay. Room was new but limited on amenities. Best part of stay was the breakfast and attendant who was very helpful."

"Please save your money and book somewhere else. Calling this establishment a "hotel" is incredibly misleading, it is a poorly maintained motel at best. The entire parking lot smells like urine and is crawling with cockroaches. The rooms clearly haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The floors were covered in hair, dust, and crumbs, and the bathroom floor was covered in layers of water stains in front of the sink as if its never been cleaned between customers. It felt incredibly unsanitary....

"Stayed here for work. Chose this “hotel”because the pictures looked decent, wrong! More like a motel, sketchy, and unsafe. Saw a man walk out his room naked!"

"The proximity to the metro was excellent. We enjoyed the quality and variety of the daily breakfast buffet. The staff is the shining star of the property, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. We will recommend and come again."

"The stay was ok nothing spectacular to write about, needed to UBER to downtown as I would not recommend using the local bus or walking due to safety concerns. The staff was generally nice. The TV in the room did not have all channels working, they seemed blocked, also the volume was extremely low even though it was on max volume. We did not get house keeping daily, there was no where to hang up our towels (party of 6), so we had to call to get clean towels delivered nightly."
