"I have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times now, and it is my go to in San Francisco. The location is perfectly central, right next to the Chinatown gate and just between Union Square and the financial district. The immediate neighborhood has walkable conveniences ranging from neighborhood markets to coffee shops and lovely small restaurants - particularly several French cafes and bistros. All is always spotlessly clean, safe, and quiet, and prices are a good value for SF. I recommend...

"The breakfast is to expensive and no one eat because of the price! The parking if you have a car is more than 100$ US per night, this is a shame and really bad"

"The inn is conveniently located and well secured. I wished it was a bit quieter, but made sense with the urban location and older building. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast had variety. The room was spacious and reasonably maintained. Very well priced and overall a great stay!"

"Great spot to stay at in the city! Clean, lots of cool spots nearby, has a bar, and coffee shop in the building. And lots of foods spots around. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is an amazing location. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and so many things to do in walking distance. It’s in a vibrant neighborhood so there’s noise. There’s no AC so if it’s warm outside, you’d need to open the doors or windows and it would be loud. They do have portable fans, so that might help. "

"Everything went smooth. All staff are polite and helpful, customer service is top notch. Valet was great, I have a large truck so leaving it there was great, no issue with size. The room itself was clean, great view of the city and pier. Couldn’t have asked for more. Will be returning soon."

"The building itself is truly impressive, with a sense of history and grandeur that makes a strong first impression. The location is also excellent, very convenient for exploring San Francisco. That said, some areas of the hotel feel dated. The hallways in particular look old and have a harsh white lighting that feels more like a hospital than a luxury property. The rooms have high ceilings and a good size, which is a plus, but the bathrooms are relatively small. The white lighting in the rooms...
