"We loved our stay at the White Swan Inn when we were visiting San Francisco for two evenings. The location is perfect. We were able to easily walk to areas such as Chinatown and the Cable Car Museum. We were only a couple of blocks from public transportation and rode the bus, train, and cable car. We didn't have to use our car at all during our stay. As soon as we arrived, Cody was a great asset to our stay. He gave us such helpful information as to where to eat, how to get around, and even...

"The rooms and service and restaurants are outstanding- Quimby (Q), Leo the concierge, Ari the bellman, the entire valet team and staff were beyond welcoming. A minor note that the pool/steam are not available to hotel guests without booking a spa service. It is a wonderful property and we will be back!"

"We stay at a lot of Four Seasons and this one seemed just like an average hotel room. It was nice but for the price you pay it should be excellent. The room was just so-so for us. We had to move rooms when we first got there because the toilet was broken. After a long day of traveling that was aggravating. Some of our other family stayed at the Ritz and it was much better IMO. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else."

"The hotel overall was very nice. The room was newly remodeled and the air worked great. The elevator is being renovated and there was often a large wait and also it was looked in disrepair. It was a great location. Parking was expensive. Parking was at the Westin a few buildings down."

"No breakfast on site, Gym in the basement? No on site parking, so we parked in the nearest garage, and used public transit, so we didn't have to pay higher parking rates. For breakfast, we did grab Noahs Bagels from a couple blocks away so that worked out. The business district looked and felt pretty safe. The rooms were not on the same floor, but our older kids didn't mind. The mini kitchenette and room layout was pretty good. They have a semi self serve check in/out, but it's still staffed...
