"There may have been like 2 hairs in the bathroom but the excellent staff made up for my experience. The staff was excellent and I felt safe in this neighborhood which was pretty important for a solo traveller."

"The receptionist was very helpful with extra toiletries we needed, but our room had a very strong odor (humid) and it the restroom was poorly maintained. If you are in a budget this is it but if you are looking for comfortable stay I do not recommend especially with little ones."

"They checked us out a day early than we had booked had to get let back in room to get all of our stuff pack up in 5 minutes and leave they said they had no room available had to got another room booked that day luckily the Hampton inn was glad to take us they were great we had to do all this in an hour because we had to be at the Cracker Barrel 400 race in 3 hours"

"I booked handicap accessible room that was very spacious, clean, and beds were so comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was great for the two days we stayed."

"We had an enjoyable three night stay at the Tru. It was a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and family. The only problem was that the last night my wife tripped in the parking lot over a parking block that was out of place cutting her hand in the process. Asking for first aid, a bandage, from a young lady worker, she paused and had me buy a package of bandages rather then just providing one for my wife. So please be aware of unattached parking blocks in the back parking area...

"Overall the my stay at days Inn was ok however, needs to be better TV reception and more of a selection of stations to watch, It was ok but it was a problem to watch TV and the TV would go out."

"Everything was great! We stayed the weekend for the nascar races and they were so helpful when we needed late check ins and it was quick and easy and the rooms were clean and very home like!! Would definitely stay again!"

"It's hard to "police" but when host multiple with company trucks suggesting to them, and even other travelers, parking allowing others to park in front of their respective room. Conveniently outside of Nashville downtown and close to the airport. "

"The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The curtains were ripped, the room stank, the comforters had cigarette burns, the pillow cases had stains on them, the door looked like it had been kicked in. Very bad vibe, I ended up staying someplace else. The front workers were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Staff, particularly the kitchen team, were very kind and helpful. She always wanted to make sure there was adequate number of food items. The beds are very hard. The sheets were covered with little cloth nubs making the sheets feel like you had crumbs in the bed or like sand paper. The a/c states to look at thermostat on the wall and there is not a thermostat on the wall. Flooring was peeled in some areas making toe stubs a regular thing and creating a tripping hazard. I would not stay at this...

"You get what you pay for here and it was an inexpensive solution to an unexpected stay. There are no frills but you didn't pay for any. I couldn't shower because my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and u was afraid to get in the shower. Office staff was super nice."
