The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room. "Staff was listing off all the things they couldnt do for room service. Offering no help. All ending in finding out long stay guests rooms get cleaned last (about 5pm, if they have time) and i needed to tell them when and what i wanted, which is what i was doing but they couldnt do so. I only asked if my room could be cleaned bf 2pm. I was told no. Very unhappy."
