Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. "We enjoyed our stay in this building. The only negative is there was a snafu with the door code upon arrival but it was rectified in under 30 minutes. The condo is lovely and has magnificent views. It is located near great restaurants and a good market about a block away. I would suggest the owners leave a card/note for restaurant suggestions (in the building & within the area), market suggestions and other fun things to do nearby. We didn't know there were 3 restaurants in the building until...

"No remote to turn off one bedroom a/c. (We couldn't use that bedroom., it was too cold), The unit needs some attention. Bare minimum in the kitchen for cooking. We liked that it was roomy and that there was a garage. Pool looked beautiful too."

Al llegar, alrededor de las 7:00 pm, tuvimos que esperar casi media hora para que nos entregaran las llaves, pues no le habían indicado al fuardia de nuestra llegada.
