Downgraded upon arrival, to two full beds, when a king single was reserved. Room was cleaned promptly upon request. Pool was nice, would be better if kids didn’t take up all the bar at the pool. Villa del Palmar Beach Resort and Spa, Puerto Vallarta
Rooms were a little older but very clean and everything worked and was well stocked. We were in a two bedroom suite with kitchen and where happily surprised the room even had a washer and dryer. Staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Lots of kids and kid activities.
