Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa
Friendliness & kindness of staff. Especially concierge (Omar) and our housekeeper always left us little surprises (a washcloth folded like a heart). Our breakfast waiter made sure my coffee was really hot, and brought me pastries. Even the guy who handed out towels at the pool was great

We truly felt that we were home away from home. The service is exceptional! Gabriel, Victor, Fernando and Miguel were all so great! The smaller resort was perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation. We will be back!

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
Overall a great option. He beach can be a little rough and the water a little dirty but not the properties fault. Good options were solid. Especially the Italian and Japanese restaurants. Breakfast buffet could have been a bit better. Staff was great and the views were amazing.
