"We stayed in two rooms. The hotel was very well situated walking distance from everything. The staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Rooftop terrace had fantastic views and beach cruisers and beach gear were all available for guest use."

"It was a very lovely experience with pleasant staff, and they provided transportation to the center of the island and back to the hotel. There is a restaurant right at the hotel where the food is truly delicious—authentic Mexican cuisine—and the service is exceptional. ☺️"

"at check in i smelled musty dirty air. We paid top dollar and still had roof top views. Room was clean but carpet s were dirty. Found dead bugs on the sheets. Maybe dirty from prior customers. Rooms smelled like sewer backup. Great location from everything. Never will i stay and pay the price we paid."

"The room was not very clean. We have stayed there many times and when checking in the room was not kept up. The carpet was not vacuumed. There was an open safety pin open on the floor, the body was pump was empty and there were popcorn kernels next to the bed. These are small issues in the grand scheme of things but when you are paying $600/night for a room it could have felt cleaner."
