"The hospitality at the W in Sentosa is unmatched! The breakfast was absolutely incredible and our experience couldn’t have been any better. The shuttle around Sentosa island was an added bonus and we even used the bus to VivoCity. Nana was one of the highlights of our stay, my kids looked forward to seeing her every morning. "No black out curtain the sun directly bright coming in the room when we still want to sleep at 7am The ice maker on 6th floor both broken Shuttle bus not works at 6.30-7.30 The air conditioning keep repeating turn off by itself once we all in deep sleep and make up wakeup 3-4x times sweating and feel super hot so we dont get our 7-8hours straight sleep comfortly I even got running nose and sore throat bcoz of this AC which keep us feel cold and hot all night long and waking up every 1-1.5...

"KēSa House is in an incredible location. You’re surrounded by amazing food and a great energy all around, which I loved. The place itself is clean, the staff is friendly, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. That said, the rooms are very small, think Japanese-style compact. If you’re used to having space, it can feel tight pretty quickly. Also, avoid rooms facing the street. The bars across the street can get loud and run late into the night. For me, the savings didn’t justify the trade-off...

"This place was immaculately kept. The staff was super helpful. The room was compact but not crowded very cozy, Shower was great as week close to subway and all of Chinatown. Bed was very comfortable. I hope to return one way and I highly recommend Kinn Studios."

"家族4人で宿泊しました。深夜便のため到着が夜中の2時過ぎでしたが、フロントにてスムーズにチェックインもできました。部屋はとても快適で、4人でツーベッドルームセミダブルとシングル2台の部屋で洗濯機と乾燥機も備えられ3泊でしたが、何度も洗濯をすることができてとても便利でした。またキッチンも使いやすく、夜食にみんなでスーパーの現地のカップ麺などを食べて楽しみました。朝食は、いろんな種類があり、特にオムレットなどその場で調理して提供してくれるようなモーニングもありました。毎日少しずつ種類が変わっていくので、飽きずに朝食を取ることができました。時間帯としては9時までに行く方が混まずに食べれて、9時半ごろが1番やはりピークのような感じでした。 タクシーの乗り場もアプリで設定できるため、いつもすぐにタクシーも来てくれましたし、多くのタクシードライバーがこのホテルのことを知っている感じでとてもスムーズでした。 Wi-Fiもスピードが速くとても快適。毎日部屋の清掃お願いしましたが、丁寧にベッドメイクされていました。"

"Enjoyed the great location, access to restaurants just downstairs if you didn’t feel like going out. As well loved the pool and easy access to MRT! Room was very spacious clean and comfortable. However, for a luxury hotel I was surprised that some towels had holes in them and bathtub finish was worn. Staff, front desk and housekeeping were all very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Thanks for a wonderful stay."
