I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. "The most enjoyable stay I’ve had in awhile. Reception and the housekeeping department were exceptionally helpful and were prompt to fulfill my requests. My room was super quiet and spacious. Two things that I recommend fixing to elevate the place more. 1) Get better TVs-I did wish they have larger smart TVs that have access to steaming platforms. 2) Given the humidity of Singapore, I didn’t mind noticing some mold in my room, but I do hope they spend a bit on mold treatment to prevent...

"Great location. 25mins taxi from airport. Metro right outside the hotel giving easy access around Singapore. Room was nice, pool is large but I think it never gets the sun. Ok for a quick plunge. Didn’t eat so can’t comment. Staff were pleasant but baggage handling was disorganised and they couldn’t find where they had stored things. Ourselves and others had to help identify."

"They did not replay for our email for early check in as our 14 hours fight landing time was 8.30am. But no replay. After landing we called them again, but they did not confirm about early check in and check in time was 3 pm. So we kept our luggage in the airport locker and wandered in the airport so tired after 14hours flight. We gone to the hotel at 3 pm. still rooms were not ready and told us to wait another couple of hours. Finally we got room in different level, It was not possible to go...
