"I just want to say that this has by far been one of the best hotels/holidays we have ever had. The Laguna really went above and beyond, there was literally nothing that we asked for that wasn't actioned or accomodated. Right from the beginning, we landed in Bali mid-morning which meant we got to the hotel about 2hrs before check-in and The Laguna had already made arrangements for an early check-in (we didn't even have to ask!). When you have a baby, things like this are a life saver! We loved our room, housekeeping came in every morning and we would always find our room in tip-top shape after breakfast. The access to the pool from our room was a great facility, we could swim as our baby naps while checking in on her with ease. We asked for a steriliser, liquid soap and a high chair in the room which made it easier to feed the baby and wash up. These were great additions that made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were amazing, from the restaurants, spa, front desk, housekeeping/maintenance and the beach. Everyone was so polite and kind esp. to the baby which warmed our heart. The food was great too and whatever special meals we asked for the baby were made quickly and with no complaints. We would like to shout out a few people who showed impeccable service (even though everyone did to be honest): Yuli, TD, Nova, Sukresna, Heri, Melani, Sudar sini (komang) Thank you so much! We even got a late check out, wow. I really do hope we can come back again in future!"

"Great service, very clean. Not much time to enjoy the hotel amenities but the lobby is very airy, open to the atmosphere. We had to stay a little longer and the hotel accommodated our delayed check out, basically paid one full extra day. I would stay there again, very very convenient for those who have flights to catch. Literally 3 minute taxi ride. "
