So clean, the staff are lovely. It's very quiet but only a short walk to sand bay beach club.
The breakfast was delicious, we were very surprised as it was included in the room and you get a lot. We will be back to stay again."
"Staff were super friendly & helpful. Very clean property. Food was good. Close to shops and Mushroom beach & tamarind beach. Just few suggestions if the sliding doors can repaired or replaced it is coming out of the rail. White linen like bedsheets and towels lost their original white colour. It’s time to replace the old plastic drinking glasses to the glass one.

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who can't do enough to help. The additional experiences and entertainment were great and sunrise yoga by the temple was very special and I would definitely stay there again.
Only one minor area that could be improved upon.
Upon check in you are able to add room credit to cover drinks etc, and if you do so the hotel will add an additional 10 percent. This is great, however the communication around this could be improved. For example there is no obvious way to see how much of your credit you have spent, so I asked reception for my balance half way through my stay which was incorrect and I was unaware that not all hotel purchases e.g. renting a cabanna or having a spa treatment could be used for this credit."

I honestly wish I could give Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suite more than 5 stars because our stay was absolutely amazing!
From the moment we arrived in Bali, we felt welcomed. Our airport driver, Santa, was waiting for us when we arrived, and he was so friendly, helpful, and professional. That was such a great first impression after a long flight from Thailand.
The true star of our stay, however, was Alfa, the front desk representative who checked us in. After traveling all day, his warm welcome and hospitality were exactly what we needed. He made us feel comfortable right away and started our stay on such a positive note.
The next morning, we enjoyed the breakfast, and it was great! My personal favorite was the pancake station. 🥞 My husband also loved that the hotel offers hookah, which was a nice added touch for us.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and there’s also a mall directly across the street, which made getting around and finding things to do very convenient.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suite. The friendly staff, great location, clean accommodations, and welcoming atmosphere made this hotel a memorable part of our Bali trip.
I would DEFINITELY stay here again when we return to Bali. Highly recommended! ❤️🇮🇩"
"Had 11 nights All Inclusive with my husband and it was amazing! We had other family here as well (6 adults and 4 kids) - the resort catered for all ages and pallets. Everybody loved their stay. Highly recommend the all inclusive.
Minor criticism, some of the fixtures in the room could use a refresh. The door handles and towel rails have seen better days."
"Best holiday for the family. The resort has everything we needed and accommodated us /any family with little kids.
The food options across the resort were fantastic. It was easy to book the dinners at each restaurant when we arrived.
The pool is cleaned and checked throughout the day.
We had two rooms adjoined through a door and it meant the kids could have a nap or a sleep in.
*Also this is a sustainable hotel* no plastic to speak of and recycle/reuse. Beach was also spotless."
"The Shearaton is a great hotel well located and well maintained and the staff are great all friendly and helpful there is a buffet restaurant that also serves alcarte and an Italian restaurant and a bar.

"I would not stay in deluxe room. I would upgrade because deluxe rooms have no view. I had to pay $15 usd a day for 9 nights to upgrade for garden view. My first room was a blank wall."
