"The most magical hotel i’ve ever stayed in. We got the canal suite and it was well worth the money, huge, stunning, the views of the canal were breathtaking and the suite was massive with historical charm! Only thing missing was robes in the room. 10/10 will be back!!!! "

"It is small place small elevator but next to gondola stop surrounded by restaurants and businesses. I am still at a loss getting to boat stop and train stop to and fro the hotel. There are Filipinos in the reception, kitchen and room this is why I like the place."

"Our train in Venice would arrive quite late. The day before arrival we asked via chat if we could check-in late and got the message they'd keep the reception open 'till midnight. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room itself was great and spacious. It's not a 5star hotel, but services and comfort are on level. 10/10 would stay again."
