"I was charged from my deposit for towels I did not take. In fact I went to the front desk and picked up 4 more towels on my second day there. All the towels were left in the room. I called the front desk and they told me why I was charged $30. Anyone else experience this? "

"Great location. Customer Service was probably one of the best I have seen in a long time. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good. I am a World of Hyatt member and the was the best Hyatt based property that I have stayed at. Will stay here again when visiting PCB."

"I didn't get the room I requested with a kitchenette, but the stay was still absolutely wonderful.. I wish there was more parking available with the resort instead of limited parking with the rest across the street, but that was not a big issue. I still would recommend Bikini Beach Resort and would definitely stay again. The view from our room was wonderful."

"The Timor bar is amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable. The cleaning service did walk in without knocking once but they apologized and kept the facility clean. The elevator is usually packed so a lower floor is a good choice but if you do go higher up room 581 is a partial view but you can see everything."
