"Upon arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of our room. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. After exploring the property and heading to the beach, we returned to find our bed meticulously arranged in a beautiful design, ready for us to get ready for bed. "The hydrotherapy was amazing
The staff was great
However the service could have been better and the food.
The food was cold @ the buffet, the steak house and room service food.
Hibachi was great.
As far as the service
We had to keep requesting the daily fridge refill and for the room to be cleaned
which really only required the food to be removed and towels to be replaced "

"Very beautiful view of beach! Safe for solo travel. Did not offer activities listed on website such as snorkeling or kayaking! Food was good other than the snack bar and the staff were very friendly. The drinks were good and house cleaning was okay. Nice property overall!"
