"The Mayaloka Villas in Ubud was a paradise. The room was spacious and comfortable with a glass back wall open to the private pool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I did not like the way the shower was open to the rest of the bathroom as water was able to be splashed everywhere. The lighting could have been better. The pool was inviting and we used it twice. "This is a beautiful resort with a very traditional bali style. The rooms are spacious and even had a massive TV. Bathroom spacious with shower gel, shower caps etc in abundance. A really thoughtful touch is a water dispenser in the room which provided hot and cold drinking water. Tea and coffee facilities available. Clean pool, beautifully kept grounds. Standout was the full vegetarian menu with some very innovative cooking, plus fresh juices, and fresh fruit. The resort is down a little lane...

"The villa and surrounding property was absolutely beautiful- peaceful and relaxing- the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs including carrying all our luggage from the main road entrance to our villa. Nestled amongst rice fields with a view of the valley in a magnificently manicured garden and tranquil pool has left wonderful lasting memories. "
