"The room was beautiful.... rose and mints on the bed in entering, robes in the closet, sparkling water to enjoy. It didn't feel like a hotel..... cozy with a comfort you feel from being at home."

"Floor was dirty, pillows are old and overused, took less than 2 hours to see a cockroach, shower water didn't get or stay hot. Didn't even stay the whole night, ended up leaving after a few hours, would've asked for a refund but there was a sign at the desk saying "no refunds" yeah, I wonder why. Place wouldn't make any money if they refunded everyone who saw how nasty the place was."

"The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!"

"Amazing experience. Bryce and other staff were all amazing and very informative. Clean the breakfast was on point. The rugs inside the room were clean your socks won’t get dirty. The bathroom very clean with Eucalyptus scented soaps n lotion. Will definitely come back. "

"I'm not sure why this is considered a resort. It's basically a nice hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool, a restaurant and that's about it. A lot of conference rooms etc. The indoor pool (nice) was on the other side of the hotel. Everyone had to walk back and forth across the lobby to get to the indoor pool... in their bathing suits... in front of everyone, when there are conferences going on. (imagine after being in the pool walking across in wet bathing suits and towels... pretty...

"Room was really nice and clean. My only complaint is there was only one elevator working and we had to walk mile to our room because of this. "

"At check‑in, our original room was no longer available, so we were moved into two rooms instead. Thankfully, the hotel accommodated us by keeping us in the same two rooms the following night, which saved us from having to pack up and move again. Breakfast was excellent and absolutely worth the cost. The rooms were spacious, and we especially enjoyed spending time relaxing in the lobby—particularly during a major snowstorm, which made the experience even more memorable."

"Pros: staff was super nice. Free HBO Max on TV. Easy access from parking to room. Cons: Room was smelly. I was on my own so I just lived with it, but would have been a major problem if wife was along for the trip. Gym was small. Overall the place looked like it had seen better days. Breakfast didn’t look very good for $15 (looked like the free breakfast spread at a Hampton Inn). Nearby diner was so choice though. "
