"Very nice hotel and close to everything"

"No coffee or water available. I stayed 4 days with no cleaning service. The restaurant attached is nice and is walking distance of a lot of great food and shops"

"Very clean room. Perfect for the need."

"Property is run down. Room was dirty. Room had wires exposed by the door. Room smelled filthy. Parking lot was littered with trash."

"So fun! Lovely staff, great restaurant/bar, fun place overall!"

"Oh my goodness, I stayed here for my 50th and it was beautiful. The room was beautiful, the property was well maintained and in the heart of downtown. The staff was amazing, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank for an extra special birthday…"

"Everything good"

"The room was clean and cozy, the staff were friendly and the parking was right outside our room Breakfast and pumpkin latte was a perfect way to start the day"

"The rooms were very nicely appointed and they gave us adjoining rooms even though we didn't ask for them. We did receive a charge of $80 for each of the 3 rooms after we left. I will call in the morning."

Cabinet in hall available for guests to replenish room supplies. HVAC unit very new and worked well as did fridge, micro and coffee. Because there is no restaurant or bar, building is basically for sleeping and rooms were very quiet. Saturday night was a full house and no noise heard from other residents or external. Two story, no elevators. Our room had...

Gym equipment needs...

The property was beautiful, peaceful, and a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy some time away. The accommodations were comfortable, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the spa experience was an added bonus. The location is also perfect for exploring the surrounding Lancaster County area while still having a quiet, relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. If...

"Enjoyed our repoire with Joy. She’s a wonderful ambassador for this lovely old hotel. It had lots of character. I even enjoyed reading a bit of the town’s history in the reading room of the side of the hotel where the beverages were. What fun we had in Bird-in-Hand!"
