"The room I checked into had visible mold on the AC. I am very allergic and this is very unhealthy.
I walked down the street and found another hotel. After being told I would get a refund pending manager’s return the manager later declined. Manager is not agreeing to speak with me after several attempts visiting the hotel she seems to be available but then later the staff comes back and says she is in a meeting.
This is unfortunate- I rarely give bad reviews but this was handled so poorly on...

"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"Clean modern room, beds were super comfy to sleep especially after a day of walking and getting the steps in. Staff were so lovely and helpful, would definitely come back to stay as location was superb! The only tiny thing that I suggest would be to have the dog area away from reception as first thing you see and can smell are them but that’s minor compared to the room and everything else"

"There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property.
It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful."

"We stayed here for a week.
The bathroom in our room smelled like sewer the whole time. The hotel has a tiny elevator that leads to long wait times and is an inconvenience. The hotel didn't have ramps for carrying luggage (there were 6-7 steps to get to the elevator) and staff didn't offer help to help with the luggage either. The rooms are tiny, if you have to open two suitcases, you cannot walk from one side of the room to the other. The room didn't have refrigerator and iron, there was air...
