"Impeccable service throughout our stay. The staff was very helpful and were able to communicate in English. We booked a high floor lounge access room, which I recommend. The lounge serves an excellent included buffet breakfast with made to order items. There is also an included afternoon tea and happy hour with heavy hors d’oeuvres that could substitute for dinner. The room was well appointed and spacious with a balcony and jetted tub (perfect after long days of walking). I would stay again. Thank you to the Prince staff for an amazing stay!!"

"Just a great property in a fantastic part of Shabuya. Easy to walk to everything. Easy to get any kind of transportation that you need. Go to Uobei for fantastic inexpensive sushi nearby. Staff were super helpful. Rooms are the perfect size for one person if you’re getting a room with a single bed. They are compact but efficient. We went to different areas and we found Shabuya was a lot more comfortable to stay in than Shinjuku. "
