"We stayed here for 6 nights (and had a nice stay) and then left for 6 days and returned for our last 2 nights. There was no recognition we had stayed there before just a week earlier when we checked in - I had to fill out the same forms I had just filled out 12 days ago for the first stay and there was no "welcome back". We checked in early and submitted our passports and checked in our baggage as the room not ready. But when we came back later, we were told to check in again and had to show our passports again which was odd, and our baggage was not waiting for us in our room. We still had to wait awhile for it. We also discovered that the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers had been ripped off our shower wall but there was no replacement shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the room. They brought it when asked and did apologize with some nice treats. The room is spacious and we were lucky to have a great view but it needs updating - lobby and other facilities are very nice. We loved the yakitori chicken restaurant in the basement. Finally, unfortunately, we didn't find the concierge very helpful for food recommendations (just gave us a printed sheet of restaurants in the area) nor super friendly. The hotel was very clean and in a great location for transportation."
